Nous avons des retours de clients qui trouvent qu’ils ont été dupés par le jargon pseudo-scientifique des Instituts capillaires et des marques déjà en place. Les gens du marketing utilisent des termes très complexes pour créer l’illusion qu’il y a de la haute technologie dans les prothèses capillaires. Au risque de vous décevoir, il n’y a pas encore de prothèses thermoformables qui s’adapteraient par magie sur la surface de votre calvitie et qui pourraient aussi permettre la duplication de vos bulbes… tant qu’à faire on peut rêver ! D’ailleurs si quelqu’un crée cette merveille les chauves n’existeront peut-être plus ;)

D’autres clients et souvent des nouveaux venus dans le milieu me disent “mais vous vendez des moumoutes ?” alors que les technologies et les matériaux des prothèses ont bien évolué depuis les 20 dernières années.

Notre constat est qu’être porteur de prothèses capillaires ne devrait pas être compliqué, stressant ou douloureux. Le choix se doit d’être simple, comme une évidence, comme porter un accessoire. C’est un choix, une volonté de se voir différent de ce que l’on est, ou juste s’améliorer, telle une personne qui porte des facettes dentaires pour améliorer son sourire et rayonner encore plus !

Mais le plus important à nos yeux est que personne ne devrait payer une fortune pour une nouvelle prothèse capillaire. Tout ce qui dépasse plusieurs centaines d’euros n’est qu’une aberration. Les perruques, semi-perruques ou postiches sont généralement destinés à être portés pendant une journée ou un évènement, puis retirés et se gardent plus d’un an, même parfois beaucoup plus. Alors qu’un système de remplacement capillaire, lui est conçu pour rester sur la tête pendant une période prolongée de 3 à 5 semaines. Vous allez vous laver avec, dormir avec, faire du sport avec. Elle sera soumise à beaucoup plus de frictions et d’agressions quotidiennes. Vous imaginez bien que le coût d’une prothèse capillaire jetable au bout de 2 maximum 6 mois ne peut coûter autant qu’une magnifique perruque de cheveux naturels.

Or beaucoup d’entreprises doivent encore vous tenir dans l’ignorance pour justifier des prix élevés voir très élevés. Mais qui peut encore prétendre pouvoir payer 400 à 600 euros par prothèses capillaires posées. Les prothèses capillaires vendus sur le marché sont des compléments capillaires dits prêt à porter, la customisation se passe chez le coiffeur. Vous passez alors du prêt à porter à sur-mesure. Seule une vraie prothèse conçue sur mesure ( taille et couleur de cheveux ) pour vous pourrait justifier un certain prix.
